Senior PHP Developer / Team Leader

This role is ideal for Senior PHP developers seeking to move into management.

As the leader of a five-member team, you oversee the development and security of large-scale applications that accommodate 200,000 daily visitors and facilitate high-volume financial transactions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Feature Implementation: Oversee and guide your team in developing advanced features for ESET's global websites. Ensure projects align with strategic goals and maintain high quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile Team Collaboration (SCRUM): Lead daily stand-ups, bi-weekly SCRUM sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews. Mentor team members, remove obstacles, and drive your team toward achieving targeted objectives for efficient and effective development.
• Promote Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging your team to acquire new skills, write clean and maintainable code, and embrace best practices for automated testing and robust solutions.
• Contribute to coding: You will work on developing key features and participate in collaborative development efforts.

What do we expect from you:

• Extensive coding experience: Minimum of five years working with PHP development
