Your role will be:


  • Be a critical member of ESET NetProtect customer acquisition and management team. Assisting in the technical alignment of ESET NetProtect and our ISP / Telco partners.
  • Be the Technical “specialist” liaison between ESET and our ISP / Telco partners from initial proposition, suggested incorporation with customer topology, general demonstration, comprehensive PoC, full integration and primary technical account Management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Acquisition:
  • Provide product demonstrations both in person and online to potential clients or partners and be the technical lead on large deals, driving the opportunity to close.
  • Provide technical training to local Engineering team
  • Keep accurate notes in CRM for all related activities.
  • Work on answering of RFP’s and RFI’s

Integration:
  • Be the lead technical liaison for Paid Proof of Concepts (PoCs);
Scoping requirements (Success Criteria)
  • Agreeing architecture topology with customer
  • Scope and complete integration Statements of Work (SoWs) for the successful integration of ESET NetProtect into our aligned ISP / Telco customers.
  • Proactively work with integrators (either internal or third party organizations)


Technical Account Management:
  • Respond to named reseller and High profile customer requests for technical assistance.
  • Named technical liaison for high profile ISP / Telco accounts, participating into proactive customer engagement, customer escalation, etc.


General :
  • Consult with external customers to interpret customer requirements while providing product application assistance.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events.
  • Provide feedback to product development regarding product changes as it relates to customer requirements.

What do we expect from you?


  • Fluent English (C1)
  • University degree (Bc. Or higher)
  • 10+ (maybe less) years of experience in Cyber Security Sales Engineering or Professional Services/Consulting experience.
  • Customer facing experience is necessary
  • Experience working within ISP / Telco environment (necessary)
  • Experience with DNS Resolver technology (Knot, Unbound, PowerDNS, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure deployments
  • Experience in Telco / ISP business is advantageous
  • Understanding of Linux on a basic administrator level (required)
  • Technical knowledge of internet protocols (practical experience with DNS protocol (preferred)
  • Knowledge of container orchestration system (i.e. Kubernetes (preferred), or Docker)
  • Knowledge of Scripting (Java, Python. Bash)
  • Knowledge of Network security and protection against malware

  • Ability to communicate with various different audiences (both from a cultural and technical capabilities perspective)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30% with majority within EMEA region)
