In IT Business Systems we focus to provide services and deliver software solutions to support ESET business specifically in areas of sales, distribution, product portfolio management, billing and customer care.
We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team. The job is an opportunity for an experienced product manager, team leader or agile project manager.

In this position you will:

- be accountable for created product, act as product ambassador and as primary contact for requests related to the product.
- set vision and strategy for the product , create and maintain the product roadmap, communicate them with product team and stakeholders
- collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders in order to identify the business needs and align on business goals and priorities
- represent the voice of customer, either internal or external, and make sure that team understands customer needs
- make assessments of value and prioritize work accordingly to business needs and objectives
- maintain backlog of items used by the product development team in implementation, ensure backlog transparency for the team and the stakeholders
- oversee the actual development of the product, be a part of planning, refinement, review, and sprint events

Our personality requirements and demanded skills:

- Familiarity with software development life cycle
- Knowledge of agile principles and relevant experience with agile methodologies
- Relevant experience with task management and collaboration tools, e.g. Jira, Confluence
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in international environment, communication in business and technical English
- Abstract thinking, constructive mind

Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD.
