People Data and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a People Data & Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and running value-added HR reports. You should act as the expert in designing the HR data models. You should identify needs and requests of the business and prepare the correct sets of reports.

The Reporting Specialist identifies measures for main HR strategic initiatives and sets the measurement methodology, which is consistent and comparable with the existing measurement available on the market.

As a People Data & Reporting Specialist, you will:

• Design and maintain the HR Data Model to keep and improve the value of HR reporting
• Ensure that just one source of master data exists for each HR Process
• Drive the reporting automation and reporting process improvements
• Support other HR Specialists by designing customized reports providing source data
• Run the strategic HR reports and comment the most important trends
• Design the HR early warning system to catch up unhealthy trends in the organization
• Run regular audits over HR data and report issues to be corrected
• Design the HR data privacy policy and set rules for the data access to different HRIS modules
• Participate in various HR Projects and delivers the source data for the analysis in the project team
• Design training courses for HR Administrators regarding basic rules for the data entry and data maintenance in Human Resources
• Cooperate with specialists from other departments as HR data are connected with the data from the rest of the organization
