Web Analyst

As Web Analyst you will work as a part of a 6-member Global Web Analytics team on executing the website tracking strategy with the aim of support the analytic needs of internal teams and ESET partners by analyzing web traffic. You will be using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other online and BI tools to produce reports relating to outcomes. Your task will be to analyze performance and provide actionable insights to key internal stakeholders. You will ensure web data is relevant and accessible, you will help define metrics, build KPIs, perform analyses, and suggest improvements to the business. The overriding goal of this position is to drive improvements in digital marketing efforts through data collection and analysis.

In this role you will:

• Analyze web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve global website and also partners websites performance
• Create business reports and dashboards on traffic, conversions, sales and other online customer behavior metrics based on requirements from marketing and sales teams
• Assist with business reports automation to reduce repetitive manual workload and increase efficiency
• Actively cooperate on evaluation of online activities and campaigns ROI with other teams, provide insights on website changes or optimization activities
• Run ad-hoc analyses on key trends and make recommendations on findings according to given instructions
• Assist in forecasting on web and revenue data for proper planning provided to management
• Maintain Google Analytics setup, grant access for users, create filters and views based on given instructions and already created templates and setups
• Monitor web analytics tools to ensure tracking is working correctly and report data is valid
• Assist in implementation of Google Analytics, AdWords and other tracking codes and functional requirements
• Assist with setup of tracking tags in Google Tag Manager based on given instructions. Test tracking tags implementations pre-launch and validate on testing data
• Follow web analytics standards and best practices across all regions, educating regions on KPIs and interpretation to drive actionable business insights and recommendations
