Digital Account Manager

Join our 5-member team of Digital Account Managers. You will be a subject-matter-expert responsible for coordination, support, running initiatives on variety digital/online activities and bigger projects in selected key countries.
You will possess substantial independence in performing major digital/online activities and is involved in variety complex cross-team/cross-country projects and initiatives with high business impact.

This role contains:

• Is a primary point of contact, builds effective relationships and drives cooperation between global, regional and local digital/online teams.
• Independently runs and takes ownership over complex cross-team/cross-country digital/online projects
• Coordinates and drives correct implementation of global digital guidelines, best practices and ensures compliance of local market’s requirements.
• Tracks compliance, as well as level of adoption, implementation, and deviances of ESET’s digital properties across local markets to ensure highest possible performance and conversion rates.
• Communicates and spreads information about newest digital initiatives, new functionalities, best practices, and guidelines. Ensures their proper and timely implementation on key markets.
• Gathers and keeps track of business requirements from local markets and validates their relevancy for further implementation on global scale.
• Provides basic support and oversees main digital properties on select key markets.
• Acts as a first point of contact and independently supports offices/partners from selected key markets to build, maintain and optimize their local corporate websites.
• Aids with proper site content adoption, coordinates implementation of complex corporate website functionalities, makes in-depth troubleshooting and advanced Content Management System configurations and settings.
• Creates functional/technical specification and follows up with development team on their implementation, acceptance testing and ensures further adoption on selected local markets.
• Proposes improvements to achieve overall increased performance, higher compliance, and better user experience of ESET’s digital properties.
• Cooperates with global/regional/local digital teams in diverse areas: analytics/tracking, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, growth hacking, user research, email automation, and others.
