Our Learning & Development team is looking for a new colleague with experience and enthusiasm for employee development and a desire to work on new and existing projects.
In 2022, and 2023 the successful candidate will be predominately focused on providing recommendations/best practices in performance management and implementing approved performance assessment changes globally. He/she will be responsible to determine if implemented changes are effective, and sustainable.

The successful candidate in this role will bring best-in-class experience, innovative ideas, and non-traditional solutions. This role will also facilitate meaningful connections with various global stakeholder groups and organizational influencers to ensure collaboration, co-creation, and buy-in.

What will you do?

  • Propose and implement changes in the global performance evaluation system.
  • Create, propose and implement talent development programs and succession planning strategy in collaboration with other L&D members, top management vision, and key stakeholders within the company.
  • Ensure all leadership development content and experiences align with cultural standards & company needs.
  • Collaborate on implementation of skill assessment methodology and potential of employees.
  • Determine KPIs for measuring success. Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations that drive continuous improvement, ensure application, and provide momentum for leader development strategy across the organization.
  • Provide consultations and coaching for managers in developing, motivating, and retaining employees and managers.
  • Create innovative development experiences that reinforce and support employees’ ability to integrate learning into their day-to-day workflow.
  • Design, develop & deliver learning programs to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
  • Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, and skill development as well as efficient and fun learning.
  • Adapt materials created to e-learning, mobile, video, and social tools.
  • Create test cases and situations for hands-on learning sessions.
  • Measure, evaluate & analyze feedback and adjust materials and methods as appropriate.
  • Maintain follow-up process with trainees to ensure knowledge is retained and being applied.
