C#/.NET Team Leader (Web applications) / opportunity also for Full Home Office Slovakia

We seek a versatile, flexible C# backend developer/ Team Leader with willingness to create and lead new team.

What you'll do:

• People management of the development team
• Responsible for performance and evaluation of developers
• Mentoring and development of people within the team
• Develop new features for ESET websites
• Participate in daily stand-ups, bi-weekly sprint planning and sprint retrospectives for the

team

• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to help us acquire new skills or deepen existing expertise
