ECommerce Rollout Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague, eCommerce Support specialist, who will join our global digital team. Our business partners and distributors do not have their eStores solution aligned and we need to change it. You will be part of the team that is currently responsible for delivering projects with the global impact in areas of eCommerce system integration and providing support for it. Take a part and shape ESET eCommerce solution on the worldwide level. Make a real difference.

You will
· Gather inputs and requirements for the eCommerce system from ESET partners, offices and internal clients as well
· Be a single point of contact for ESET Partners on a worldwide level
· Be responsible for preparation of deliverables including presentations, business documentations, project timelines, etc.
· Coordinate communication of all internal counterparts including Sales, Financial, Legal and Online departments
· Provide support and consultancy for ESET regional offices via ticketing system and other channels
· Create, analyze, evaluate and especially test specific business and technical eCommerce features or functions
· Create and improve business and technical documentation needed for administration and development of the eCommerce system

This position is a maternity leave cover.
