Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Customer satisfaction specialist whose role would be to support the set up and operation of Customer satisfaction measurement system and delivery of actual C-sat values to internal stakeholders. The role is a fit for somebody who enjoys working independently, and at the same time able to cooperate with various teams from different countries.

Responsibilities include:
• support the implementation of Customer satisfaction measurement system in selected countries
• help to design/improve the Customer satisfaction measurement system (What shall be measured? When? Why? How?)
• regularly provide actual C-sat values to internal stakeholders (especially in Sales&Marketing and Technology division)
• maintain prioritized Customer satisfaction issues list

• sound understanding of Customer satisfaction and Customer experience management
• previous experience with C-sat measurements
• active English (B2 level at least)
• systematic approach and analytical thinking
• ability to lead / manage small implementation projects
