Job description, responsibilities and duties

ESET Global Creative Studio is looking for a new colleague to lead a small team of marketing specialists that drive and coordinate creative production among visual designers, copywriters and video creators both internally and with external suppliers. You will be needed in project management and planning and in managing finances as well as administrative agenda.
The position will be a challenge in terms of cooperation and communication, organization and prioritization, flexibility and problem-solving. Join ESET and take part in projects on a global level.

The responsibilities include:
• Lead the team of marketing specialists, who coordinate and drive the creative production
• Have an overview of all projects and campaigns in production and serve as a point of contact for all involved colleagues
• Liaise with internal clients to gather requirements or to adjust the production parameters
• Receive assignments from internal clients, break them down by disciplines for the individual creative teams, prioritize and delegate tasks
• Coordinate team leaders and creative staff within Creative Studio to ensure excellence in delivery
• Ensure effective and timely communication among the teams
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and campaign/program messaging
• Identify and proactively resolve issues within the projects
• Effectively communicate project expectations to teams and stakeholders
• Plan and track timelines and resources for individual projects
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and partners after project completion
• Lead the daily production planning, provide support related to yearly planning
• Take care of financial agenda, process purchase orders and invoices
• Create reports

Personality requirements and skills

Ideal candidate:
• Has spent at least 4 years in an advertising agency, as an account manager or a similar position
• Has previous direct experience with people management/team leading
• Has active English (B2 is a minimum)
• Is strong in communication and cooperation
• Has excellent organizational skills, is a good planner with an attention to detail
• Is result-driven with a focus on business results
• Adapts well in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Has an experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Easy Project, Jira, Asana)
• Is easy-going with a good sense of humor


Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD.
