Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is ideal for a seasoned account manager who had the chance to lead his/her own team within an agency. Do not hesitate and change for the client site; change for ESET and enhance our B2C marketing programs .

Your daily activities include:
• Strategic concept development for team projects with the highest priority
• Briefing internal teams, regional offices and external suppliers and overseeing the internal execution
• Introducing new projects to regional offices and providing guidance with their implementation on given markets. Occasional direct implementation oversight.
• Full project ownership and project management responsibility including budget, long-term tactical concept, scope and type of countries onboarded
• Being a visionary; researching and introducing new ideas, concepts for new complex projects
• Evaluating projects´ performance, collecting feedback, providing summarized report
• Gathering market information, requirements and inputs from internal teams, regional marketing teams and ESET offices
• Leading a small team - delegate and assign tasks, keep track on work assigned
• Motivating team members, providing them with necessary tools to manage their goals
• Participation in onboarding and mentoring of new colleagues
• Participation in cross-functional topics/tasks with peers teams and other teams or divisions
• Participation in team’s planning and budgeting

Personality requirements and skills

Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum 5 years of experience on similar position including background from strategic and international marketing. Our projects are demanding and suitable for seasoned professional.
• Previous experience with team management and development. You will be the leader making decisions when needed.
• Fluent English; both written and spoken
• Previous experience with brand awareness campaigns
• Solid background in content marketing
• High-level knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing (incl. Google Analytics, web analytics tools)
• Understanding of offline and online marketing, SEO/social media, market research methods
• Strong project management skills accompanied by excellent negotiation and relationship management
• Experience with events are welcome
• High level of assertiveness, good organization skills and adaptability to changes
• Commercial awareness, sense of business opportunity


Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD. In 1992, together with their mutual friend Rudolf Hrubý, they formally established ESET.
