Project Manager (sales and marketing area)

We are looking for a Project manager to be responsible for set up and conduction of projects within Sales & Marketing division based on defined methodology and framework (from product launches via various campaigns development and launches in market to process standardization and system adjustments). You should be adaptable and can custom your approach to the context and constraints of each project, knowing that no "one size" can fit all the variety of projects and be always improving your own and your project teams' skills.

As our Project Manager you will:

• Lead the selected projects and activities with aim to deliver goals of the project and fulfill the target (business objective).
• Create project plan, define project timeline, scope, team members, financial aspects, etc. Fulfil project goals from quality/time and budget perspective.
• Track key project indicators, regularly reports them to company platform and presents the project progress to project board audience.
• Be responsible for project documentation and for keeping all project data (project log) up to date and in common storage place (Confluence).
• Work closely with Project Business Owner to define the business objective and with Delivery teams to define the project goals/deliverables and plan.
• Manage the delivery via regular status meetings, resolving/escalating any issues and deviations from plan.
• Actively delegate project tasks and dues to identified individuals across the S&M division.
• Actively support the continuous improvement to the ESET Project Management Framework through feedback, comments, testing existing defined processes, etc.
• Track and consult risks & issues within the team and make them transparent and visible to all stakeholders.
• Drive change requests and conduct Lessons Learned reviews.
• Oversee and motivate project team members to achieve defined project purpose and goals.
