Web analyst

Web Analyst works as a part of the Global Web Analytics team on executing the website tracking strategy with the aim of support the analytic needs of internal teams and ESET partners by analyzing web traffic using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other online and BI tools to produce reports relating to outcomes.

The main focus is to identify and bridge gaps in our technology framework, determine the right analytical approaches to solve key business problems, translate complex data into actionable insights and work in close concert with channel owners, web developers, product managers, and others across the organization. The overriding goal of this position is to drive improvements in digital marketing efforts through data collection and analysis.

You will:

• Analyze web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve global website and also partners websites performance and sales
• Create business reports on traffic, conversions, sales and other online customer behavior metrics based on requirements from marketing and sales teams
• Actively cooperate on evaluation of online activities and campaigns ROI with other teams, provide insights on website changes or optimization activities
• Run ad-hoc analysis on key trends and make recommendations on findings based on requirements from online teams and channel managers
• Design and automate business reports to reduce repetitive manual workload and increase efficiency
• Execute forecasting on web and revenue data for proper planning provided for management
• Maintain web analytics tools setup, grant access for users, create filters and views
• Automate reports to monitor web analytics tools to ensure tracking is working correctly and report data is valid
• Follow web analytics standards and best practices across all regions, educating regions on KPIs and interpretation to drive actionable business insights and recommendations
• Work with data warehouse and other teams to further integrate our web analytics data with all other corporate data sources, ensuring we continue to make intelligent use of our clickstream data feeds
