We are looking for a new member for our ERP team, who will analyze business requirements and cooperate with a development team. The job is an opportunity to work with business systems and participate on its implementation to our international offices. Position is suitable for experienced business analysts or IT specialist skilled in business systems implementation.

Job Description:

- Analyze and manage business systems and cooperate in the development and improvement of global systems within the company.
- Collect, analyze and describe business requirements of business systems.
- Analyze and design effects for projects and consider changes to the application domain.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and development team in order to fulfill business requirements.
- Processing of business requirements into functional requirements and other specifications and user scenarios.
- Prepare accurate and detailed specifications and guides for users.
- Define system changes, specifications of integration and testing, including failure analysis and prioritization.
- Prepare presentations and system updates and informing the management about project status.

- University degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation of business applications, application support / IT operations
- Experience with complex business or financial system
- Strong analytical skills
- Business and process analysis skillset
- Communication skills in business and technical English
- Ability to work with various team
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Flexibility, reliability, responsible approach
- Ability to talk to both technical developers and business managers
- Good communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:
- Experience with financial systems

Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses.
