Our Finance Division is looking for a skilled Finance – business reporting analyst to operate in the international environment. We are looking for a confident self-starter with good attention to detail, strong analytical skills and hands on approach.

The Finance - business reporting analyst performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

- Develops and provides on-going business intelligence reporting and analysis
- Implementation of new systems (IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos)
- Test, design and deploy new finance reporting tools as needed
- Creation of data and what-if models, dashboards in BI reporting tool (IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos)
- Deliver quality reports by analyzing and testing data, escalating complex issues to troubleshoot errors and ensure valid information
- Preparation of special reports for management/the Group by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, enforcing and improving policies and procedures
- Providing support to other departments in the company/ the Group

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- A confident self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic international environment
- University degree in Computer Science, Economics
- Fluency in English
- 3 years of experience in controlling/reporting/business intelligence - experience in a large international company preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, OLAP technology, data modelling
- Strong SQL and MDX development skills- writing complex queries and stored procedures
- Expert knowledge in query and report development tools. Assume a methodical approach to problem-solve and evaluate complex data preferred
- Computer literate with excellent Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
-Experience with the implementation of finance reporting systems - advantage

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses.
