ESET is currently looking for a developer to support our efforts in integrating with an array of Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
This position will require the developer to set up new SIEM test environments for various

SIEM products, become familiar with these products and intelligently design and build applications to support the importing, parsing and integrating of ESET relevant data into these products.

Due to the nature of this position, a successful candidate must be resourceful and motivated. Experience with enterprise computer security is desired but not required.

Responsibilities
•Set up testing and development environments for various SIEM products
•Write effective code for importing threat Intelligence data into these products
•Autonomously learn a variety of programming languages and technologies as required (Python may be used for most integrations, however the target of the integration may require a different language)
•Develop first-draft documentation to support their projects

•Experience with Linux (Should be able to set up test environment, build from source, etc.)
•Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

•Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
