Senior Public Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Public Relations Manager (Senior PR Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to plan and manage a high volume of initiatives while executing communications strategies and public relations initiatives. This HQ-based role requires an impeccable attention to detail, as well as strategic and creative thinking. Creating and developing public relations programs for product and technology launches, managing announcement schedules, and organizing communication workflows are all part of the daily functions of this role. Supporting the Head of Global Public Relations, the Senior Public Relations Manager is required to engage with other team members across the organization and align with corporate business and branding strategies.

Role and Responsibilities:

• This individual is responsible for planning and implementing public relations strategies, campaigns and digital media calendars.
• Manages the HQ based Global PR team’s daily activities and assigns projects accordingly.
• Develops and produces high impact press releases, press kits and related materials.
• Organizes Head of Global PR’s initiatives into actionable deliverables.
• Develops weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual media reports.
• Arranges meetings with key stakeholders in the development of content.
• Maintains calendar of events, targets and activities organized.
• Interfaces daily with all members of the organization.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high profile initiatives.
• Create and manage PR schedules.
• Consults with Head of Global PR and functional leaders to ensure an integrated and strategically aligned communication reach targeted audiences.
• Supports Crisis and Incident response plans in HQ.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
