Digital PR Representative for Global Public Relations

There’s an exciting opportunity to join ESET’s high-profile Global Public Relations team! We are currently hiring a Digital PR Representative for Global PR who will be an active a contributor on our fast-paced team of communications professionals.
The Digital Representative for Global will support all digital and social media efforts for ESET globally, and is instrumental in ESET’s brand building and awareness efforts. This individual helps develop and operationalize communications strategies across various social networks, communities of interest and influential platforms while delivering ESET expertise, technology solutions, and content to the identified target audiences.
With a history of identifying areas for improving reach, engagement and adoption of multiple types of content across social media, the Digital PR Representative for Global will be instrumental in delivering campaigns designed to increase ESET’s presence and profile versus our competitors.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering social media and digital PR programs for both B2B and B2C audiences using best practices and technologies. This individual will display ESET‘s expertise within IT security communities while ensuring a collective vision and philosophy of ESET is presented across the world by all offices and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, recommend and execute digital and social media strategies for ESET Global PR team and continue to be a source for creative approaches, providing compelling cases for new campaigns
• Stay ahead of industry trends, digital tools and platforms – and how they are most effectively used to achieve Global PR/Business Goals
• Identify and implement best practices for measuring and reporting digital/social KPI‘s
• Support research, news, events and product related announcements from ESET
• Develop strategies and tactics for maximizing ESET’s exposure and presence at events
• Developing programs to increase ESET’s presence in specified the communities
• Generates strategies for boosting ESET’s brand
• Creating and growing company’s relations with all defined target audiences and media through blogs, forums, social media, specialized users communities and any other
• Creating and actively monitoring of ESET social media profiles -
• Monitoring ESET’s competitors and communicates regular updates about the com
• Analytics – Actively measures ESET’s KPI’s across each platform and provides monthly reports with insights, incorporates into the follow up
• Identifies specific IT professionals and influencers across a wide variety of online platforms and communities. Recommends engagement tactics
• Work with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure ESET is properly represented
• Meet agreed objectives and facilitate the effective delivery of strategic and operational goal
• Continually researching new opportunities to achieve the goals of ESET through the use of online communities and prepare proposals to activate on the identified opportunities
