Job description, responsibilities and duties

ESET looks for a professional in Business Development to focus on activities in ISP and Mobile sector for EMEA region.

- Prepare and implement programs, plans and activities to maximize ESET sales in ISP and Mobile Operators channel in line with company strategy
- Support partners and branches during deployment of ISP and Mobile Operators channel strategy in their regions
- Define and monitor KPIs for all implemented programs and plans, evaluate and report results and suggest new ways how to achieve maximum sales in ISP and Mobile Operators channels in EMEA
- Prepare and implement programs, plans and activities to support sourcing of new contacts, potential customers and sales opportunities
- Execute projects focused on maximizing direct and indirect sales in ISP and Mobile Operators channel
- Responsibility over revenues generated from plans and projects executed by ISP & Mobile Business Development Lead EMEA
- Indirect responsibility over revenues in ISP and Mobile Operators channels in EMEA
- Coordinate process of market mapping and client’s requirements collection for new versions of products and services
- Coordinate direct sales activities focused on named international customers with branches in several countries
- Implement strategy for ISP and Mobile Operators channels in given regions
- To carry out conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities
- To carry out other tasks in accordance with activities of the department and the company as directed by a superior

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- College or University degree
- About 5+ years professional experience in relevant sales field
- Being able to perform business development activities, build relationship with customers or potential customers
- Experience in ISP and Mobile
- English Language (with negotiation skills) is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, taking initiatives, good presentation
- Analytical skills
- Target oriented


Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD. In 1992, together with their mutual friend Rudolf Hrubý, they formally established ESET.

What started as the brainchild of a few friends has evolved into the most valuable international brand of any Slovak company. Today ESET’s NOD32 technology protects over 100 million users across the world.
