You will:
• Act as a reliable partner for our managers and provide them with relevant HR guidance
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Be responsible for the holistic consultation, initiation and finalization of projects in the area of HR
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention and overall employee satisfaction
• Develop reports/analytics/dashboards and presentation materials using data from a variety of sources and represent the data in clear and understandable format
• Gather data and generate reports required for annual compensation planning, goal settings, talent review, etc.
• Proactively review and analyse reports highlighting trends and areas for attention/improvement

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Labor law - expert

Personality requirements and skills

• 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role (HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits specialist, Controlling/Reporting Specialist or similar )
• Profound knowledge of Slovak labor law, knowledge of Austrian labor law is an advantage that will make your life a bit easier
• Experience in delivering a variety of HR projects and supporting and driving strategic changes in the company
• Demonstrated skill in manipulation of large amounts of data and sharing of insights and recommendations based on those data
• Good knowledge of SAP HR module
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially Excel / Access / Visio Powerpoint
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented personality
• Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to Vienna from time to time (when restrictions and safety allows this)
