Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join the BI and Reporting Competence Center (BRCC) team to grow the services around a state of the art transactional Group Customer Data platform. The product development team consisting of business and IT experts will continue to act as frontrunner for Corporate Customer Master Data Management, Data Quality and Digitalisation at Erste.
We search somebody who:
• is ready to master Erste’s Group Customer Data Management Solution uCoin
• likes to have the service up and running and continuously improved
• is precise with Service Level Agreements and mitigates any service breach together with business partners
• offers profound knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL) and IT Infrastructure (Network/ Middleware/Database)
• assures and coordinates incident/problem resolution in close cooperation with your respective peers and colleagues
