Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Technical Data Analyst, you are part of the Group Customer Data Service team, who is responsible for creating IT solutions in close coordination with various other solutions to support daily banking operation, regulatory reporting and BI Processing.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Creation and maintain proper technical documentation to ensure the quality of the software
• Supporting development teams to analyse requirements and participation on designing the proper technical solution
• Detailed investigation, scoping, planning and execution of business analysis activities and deliverables for specified requirements
• Support analysis of Production incidents

• Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
• Critical Thinking: Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
• Solid experience of delivering in an Agile environment and passionate about the methodology
• Good knowledge of Oracle Products and Java Technology
• Good presentation and requirement elicitation skills
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Jira and confluence

• Fundamental knowledge of software programming and relational databases
