Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join BI Processing (BIP) and be part of a team of professionals that is responsible for timeliness within our complex BI-Chain. This team is contributing to multiple Business Intelligence solutions and is responsible for tracking the SLA’s, coordinating all other contributing teams either from technical departments as well from business, and is reporting and interacting directly to business counterparts.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Run BI processing activities within a team of technicians for the whole chain of BI landscape starting from source system load over transformation and calculations up to report generation.
• 1st and 2nd level for job processing as well as operations of BI solutions with stand duty or shift work to enable 24x7 reaction
• participate in projects to assure smooth handover to operations by handling nonfunctional requirements
• Monitoring of and reporting for operations of BI application landscape
• Incident and Problem Management for BI application landscape
• Has strong analytical skills and performance-driven mind set Is Target and result oriented with strong customer focus
• is proficient in English (advanced C1 level), additional languages are an advantage
• is willing to work from our Vienna and our Bratislava office

• Experience and proven track record with enterprise job scheduling (Preferred Automic). Willing to learn ASTRO.
