Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Responsibility for operation, planning, decision making and strategic direction of Department (approximately 15 people)
* People management agenda
* Striving for excelent delivery of department for internal clients
* Responsibility for meeting department´s goals
* Leading of subordinates and responsibility for their professional development
* Creation and driving of strategic leads
* As an owner leading of internal projects
* Improvement of internal processess in order to raise department´s efficiency
* Implementation of new solutions and improvements to make sure department works effectively
* Negotiation with another Heads of Departments/Division in order to ensure synergistic cross-department cooperations
