Job description, responsibilities and duties
You:
• handle requirements related to Workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity etc.) via internal workflow tool according to EG IT INT standard
• monitor EG IT INT internal policies and rules related to Workplace
• are strategically planning the further demand of workplace units
• continuously develop the workplace strategy in alignment with top management
• monitor Workplace Vendors
• take care of the Preparation of description for vendor requirement’s
• are a member of the Project team for workplace related projects
• act as a contact person for EG IT INT employees regarding device exchanges / hand over’s or to take devices back
