Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be covering all HR reporting and controlling activities and topics – securing that all needs of the organization are properly covered. You are the responsible for HR reporting and FTE resource planning. Furthermore you will administer FTE budget/forecast and support other HR colleagues (HRBP; payroll specialist; compensation & benefit specialist; recruiting team; time & travel management expert) in regards to their daily tasks.
The role require good analytical abilities, demonstrated capability in developing metrics and dashboards with ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Deliver regular HR reporting’s (annual, quarterly and monthly) and act as a contact for ad hoc reporting requests within HR, whole company and external authorities (Statistic Austria/Slovakia, external/internal auditors, worker´s council, etc.)
* Manage FTE resource planning and administrate FTE budget of the organization (collecting all data, calculating and preparing all outputs , PEREX calculation)
* Developing reports/analytics/dashboards and presentation materials using data from a variety of sources and represent the data in clear and understandable format.
* Gather data and generate reports required for annual compensation planning, goal settings, talent review, etc.
* Proactively review and analyses reports highlighting trends and areas for attention/improvement
* Maintain current HR system from a master data perspective (complete workflow tasks, audit master data quality)
* Work with and improve our existing HR Dashboards, in cooperation with IT & HR line
* Establish close relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (hence travelling to WIEN 1 day per week is required)
* Drive strategic controlling initiatives from definition to implementation (processes, tools, KPIs, trend reporting, etc.)
* Support of performance management tools, target settings, administration of backend matrix structure
* Draft HR-related documents, including employment agreements, labor law documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* 5 years of work experience controlling, ideally HR controlling/reporting
* Business administration related degree (bachelor, master)
* Analytical and solution-oriented mind-set, strong competency in translating and linking strategic goals to operational actions and KPI
* Strong analytical/mathematical skills; passion for figures; data and systems
* Demonstrated proficiency to manipulate large amounts of data and share insights and recommendations
* Understanding of HR processes
* Good IT systems knowledge (SAP HRIS module )
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially Excel / Access / Visio
* English - fluent
* Willingness to travel 1 day per week to our Vienna office
