Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are an international team developing digital solutions (Digital Banking Platform, Apps and Portals) with a large user base in several CEE countries. We want to continuously improve our applications and appreciate customer feedback very much.
If you are a person with great coordination and project management skills having a legal or IT expertise who has working in agile environments — you may be the chosen one.
Our amazing office is located in a shiny new campus in the heart of Vienna, right next to the train station and a bus stop, so you will get here at the earliest.
You shall speak English, of course. A CEE/SEE language and/or German may be handy, but definitely not required, as our team is genuinely international.
Data privacy is and will be a major topic in the next years and especially for EGIT serving a large number of clients. This role will require to bring all different areas together to deliver the highest standards to our customers.
Tasks and responsibilities
•Direct counterpart for customer of EGIT regarding to data protection related requests
•Ensure proper execution of tasks and requests dedicated to the customer on operational level in close interaction with and coordination of EGIT solutions (e. g. data subject rights)
•Documentation of requests fulfilled and preparation of internal reporting to the EGIT DPO and the EGIT customers
•Filing of data request handling
•Support in central documentation of group wide requirements (policies, working manual, contract samples, …)
•Supporting function (e.g. consistency, completeness, documentation) regarding the Privacy impact assessment
•Support in the documentation of data breaches and conducting of information for supervisory authority and stakeholders
•Assistance of the DPO in preparing privacy report to senior management
•DPM Office process optimization
•Responsible to remove obstacles and push all teams ahead
•Providing clear direction for achieving expected goals
•Ensuring efficient communication structures
•Team player, that is not afraid to present his/her ideas
•Willingness to travel to Vienna 3 times a week

• At least 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in data management, information security, legal or data protection or IT or banking environment

• Basic IT knowledge and understanding in terms of data storage, retrieval and information security
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must
• Good moderation and coordination skills – acts as a coordinator between business and IT provider

• Excellent skills in MS Office (especially e-mail, Excel, Word)
