Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Department that you will be part of is in charge of Data Analysis and Information Discovery. This covers : Business Analyst / Data Analyst of different content areas: Risk, Controlling, Accounting, DWH.

Responsibilities:
Depending on the concrete allocation and role, the following tasks might be expected:

1. Perform Business analysis planning and monitoring:
• plan business approach, activities and communication.
• conduct stakeholders analysis and
• manage business analysis performance.

2. Perform Enterprise analysis and Requirement management:
• define business need,
• assess capability gaps,
• determine solution approach and define solution scope
• define business case
• prioritize, organize, specify and model requirements
• analyse assumptions and constraints, verify and validate requirements
• prepare requirements package, including required documentation.

3. Perform Data Analysis:
• access and analyse data in Group DWH and other Group solutions as an auxiliary technique for business analysis
• visualize data and discover useful information/conclusions to facilitate requirements management
• prototyping the solution with limited data scope as part of solution assessment, validation and evaluation
• building arguments based on data statistics and data insight, potentially by using advanced data analytics

4. Solution Assessment and Validation:
• asses proposed solution
• define transition requirements
• validate solution and
• evaluate solution performance.
