Job description, responsibilities and duties

Join our team of IT operation specialists providing IT support that is responsible for :
* technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
* diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
* provide user with solutions
* follow standard help desk procedures
* redirect problems to correct responsible person
* escalate issue requiring urgent resolution
* working on a 12 hours shifts (day or night from 7 to 7)
