Delivery manager / Project manager for BI/DWH solutions

Erste Group IT international is the key IT provider for Erste Group Bank.
As a part of BRCC (Business intelligent and Reporting Competence Centre) we are looking for people who join the team of backend developers, analysts and designers for Group Core Data Warehouse.

The team works on regular update of dedicated solutions and provides 2nd and 3rd level support during data processing and reporting periods. We are also partners for other downstream solution, sourcing systems from CEE countries and AT.
On the top of that we are extending our responsibilities to newly built solutions.

Join the team and take over following agenda on projects :
* Capacity planning for solution operation and changes :
a. High-level for 9-12 months
b. Detailed for the next release
* To be responsible for relationship and contracts content with the following counterparties :
a. The main service contractor (external consulting company)
b. Various Banks as clients (Erste Holding, Erste Group Bank, CEE banks)
* To be responsible for budgeting and forecasting of operational budget and change the bank budget what is in his responsibility
* Ordering of staff resources based on the capacity planning
* Scope alignment for each release and be a partner for the central BI Release management
* Act as a partner for other BI solutions owners Controlling, Risk, Statutory Reporting, Local Datawarehouses of Countries
* Guarantee the quality of service both operations and development
* Regularly re-evaluate the conditions of the Service contract to fit to the solutions maintenance cycles

* Act as Key player for the transition of legacy enterprise DWH at Erste towards BI target architecture the TOP Priority at Erste until 2019
* Work with new DWH/BI technologies and on new group level projects
