The Digital Web Services (DWS) team is the department within Erste Digital responsible for all operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking with a focus on George AT. The Technical Customer Care (TCC) team is besides other tasks also responsible for the support in the area of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our CEE customers due to the different requirements and service levels.We are Erste Digital. What to do

• SPOC and pathfinder for all CTO related non-operational topics for the CEE customers 
• Counterpart for Contract Management (CM) in order to support the process for providing relevant inputs within divisions related to contracts & amendments  
• Preparation of cost estimates and cost proposals
• Support CEE customers regarding service requests & requirements
• Ownership of financial support for CTO related topics
• Follow-up on offers, implementations, various inquiries and feedback to CEE customers

You will check these boxes

• Several years of experience in an information and communications technology (ICT) company in the area of customer care / account management and a technical education (HTL, FH, university) in the field of computer science 
• Broad basic ICT – knowledge: data center, network, server, storage, databases, optional cloud experience (AWS, Google)
• Ability to work with various and multiple groups (business, technology, finance)
• Organization-, coordination- and moderation-skills
• Affinity to and basic knowledge in commercial topics & IT controlling
• Fluency in English, German and any CEE-language would be a big advantage
