What to do:

We are looking for students to support our teams in the following tasks:

• Administration of company demand/purchases in SAP and communication with requestors (project managers, solution managers and department managers) for additional demand details
• Processing of purchase requisitions and Purchase order in SAP
• Support for Controlling/reviewing of existing supplier contracts
• Administration of tendering process
• Demand communication to our suppliers

• ​Enrolled student with on-going program at University
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP MM would be an advantage
• Ability to work 20 hours/week
• Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
• Fluent English 
• Curious and empathetic, treating all people with respect
