What to do:

The Data Infrastructure Services department is providing top edge services for our customers in the Erste Bank Group. Our core focus is the delivery of high available (24/7) database, storage, and backup services on an enterprise level. We are working within an international setup in Vienna, Bratislava but also offshore locations.

• Oracle database administration (end to end)
• DB design and deployments for multiple environments (DEV, TEST, FAT, UAT, PROD)
• Applying DB changes (i.e. security settings, parameters, patching)
• DB level security/policy checking
• Creating, running SQL and/or PL/SQL scripts
• Scripting: create and maintain scripts for db administration and automation
• On-call duty support (1 week every second month)

You check these boxes:

• Experienced Oracle database administrator (at least 5 years) in an enterprise environment
• Strong willingness and skills to drive automation in the database area (experience with coding)
• Passion for teamwork and continuous learning; open minded
• Fluent English
