Daily Operations Service Desk is the only team operating 24/7 in Erste Digital. This team is the single point of contact for employees and customers for registered tickets and also for tickets generated from monitoring tools, with special tasks such as user access management and security duties.

What to do:

• technical assistance in person, via phone, based on incoming tickets
• diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• provide user with solutions to their issues
• redirect problems to correct responsible person
• escalate issue requiring urgent resolution
• communicate with customers and support teams
• user access management tasks
• security checks for potential malicious activity

You check these boxes:

• University education (Bachelor's degree - Educational Specialization : IT related, technical – is a plus)
• The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
• Organized team player with positive attitude and intention to learn new things
• Fluent English, German is an advantage.
