Modern Workplace System Engineer

ERNI IT Operations Team based in Bratislava is responsible for operating, maintaining and developing internal corporate ICT Services. We are operating in 8 countries and we are looking for skilled System Engineer who would like to join our global team to work on our internal international infrastructure projects. We are operating mostly in cloud solutions therefore we are looking for a support in this area.

Are you ready to experience...?

• management of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AD identities and requirements
• responsibility for development and management Microsoft Modern Desktops, based on Windows10/11, Microsoft 365, InTune/Endpoint Manager
• perform Microsoft 365 tenant management tasks for an enterprise
• planning and implementation of an operating system deployment strategy using Microsoft modern deployment methods
• deployment and management of client apps and web apps
• proactively secure Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, responds to threats, performs investigations, and enforces data governance
• collaboration with Quality and Security offices within ERNI Group
• creation and maintenance of the system documentation
• upkeeping the IT infrastructure as a 3rd level support, occasionally 2nd level support, including problem management
• maintenance of the clients and servers during the lifecycle
• ­data backup and restore

What we are looking for:

• broad experience with Microsoft Office 365 technologies
• familiarity with Modern Workplace, Endpoint/Intune
• experience with Windows server maintenance
• previous experience with Azure Active Directory (cloud technologies)
• Powershell basics
• fluent communication in English


Nice to have:

• certifications in Managing Modern Desktop, Security, Windows server or Hybrid administrator area
