Corporate Communications Manager (English and German)

• Responsibility for corporate magazines: From the idea to print
• Developing communication strategies
• Internal communications and change communications
• Management of translation companies, creative and PR agencies
• Act as point of contact for Swiss customers
• Creation of corporate content in corporate languages – DE, EN (overall management included, blog entries, podcasts, videos etc.)
• Communicate and coordinate corporate and community affairs
• Implement global communication policies and guidelines
• Cooperation with the social media function to develop the social media strategy and governance
• Development of the company culture, representing the company in organisations and associations
• Creating a positive image towards stakeholders
• Have an overview about measures and KPIs, overseeing dashboards, creating reports

What we are looking for:
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1/C2)
• Long-term experience with copywriting and management of magazine creation
• Project management experience
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Client facing experience
