Job description, responsibilities and duties

We look for a Product Owner Proxy to join our company in Bratislava. This role is suitable for someone with technical background (e.g. former developer or tester) who wants to dive deeper into project domain.
As a PO Proxy you will be closely working with product owners and acting as their representative. You main responsibility is to understanding vision of product and helping to convey that vision to the scrum team.

You will be responsible for:
• Interacting with team - clarifying and collecting questions
• Gathering wishes and requirements from stakeholders
• Writing user stories and refining them with team
• Validating stories with PO
• Helping to maintain and prioritize product backlog
• Communication with PO/ Stakeholders/ Team
• Participates in scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement
• Co-located with the Scrum Team and serves as the customer proxy for solution
• Assists with risk, change and dependency management
• Works with the Scrum Master on preparation and readiness for each planning session.

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of agile framework (Scrum particularly)

You should be able to:
• critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding
• organize and prioritize information gathered during requirements analysis and handle changing business priorities
• help negotiate priorities and talk to representatives from various business and development teams
• adapt to pace of team, manage to meet deadlines and work independently
• Ability to facilitate requirements meetings and be a liaison between customers, team and stakeholders

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
