IT Operations Team Leader

The IT Operations Team is responsible for operating, maintaining and developing all ICT Core Services group wide. As IT Operations Team Leader you are responsible for a small team of IT System Engineers and the global Service Desk Team. Furthermore you work as a Senior System Engineer in several ICT Core Services.

Responsibilities:
- Technical work in Cloud and Network services
- Leading internal IT Operations Team (Infrastructure & Service Desk)
- License and Partnership Management
- Collaborating with Group functions - Security, Quality

Expectations:
- Strong expertise in Cloud (Azure, Office 365) and Network Services(Cisco/Meraki), ideally certificated
- Leadership experience ( 2 years)
- Open minded and customer oriented
- Willingness for permanent learning (Technical Development)
- ITIL Know How
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English (C1), German is a plus
