SW Architect & Service Delivery Manager

We look for Principal SW Engineer/Architect/Service Delivery Manager to join our company in Bratislava.
If you would like to be on a strategic position, that is responsible for technical set up of new projects based on modern technologies (mainly .NET, Java & JavaScript), actively collaborate with our customers in an agile partnership setup this is something to read through.
ERNI Slovakia is looking for a Service Delivery manager, a self-starter who is passionate about technology and welcomes challenges and improvement. You will be the driving force for our SW development partnership projects as you will support our customers and development teams through project coordination, team coaching and service delivery coordination. You will also have an opportunity to become a coach in Scrum best practices for our development teams.

Job tasks:
• Work as a part of international team
• Challenge project stakeholders in order to elicit clear requirements
• Create architecture and component designs
• Help with defining and implementing strategies
• Manage and execute strategic initiatives or projects
• Active participation on process improvements
• Managing important customer projects and advising customers about our services
• Leading further development of ERNI employees in his area of expertise or assisting on internal projects and committees
Coach a team of developers and testers
• Make sure that Agile development principles and practices are properly followed by development team and product owner
• Make sure that developers follow ERNI procedure, as well as design patterns and the best practices
Participation on proposals/ presentations for customer winning
• Take responsibility for the service delivery
• Have the accountability of local project delivery
• Manage and resolve impediments

Skills that will help you fulfill job tasks:
• Broad experience in wide range of technologies
• In depth expertise in .NET or Java ecosystem
• Experienced in driving tasks and in agile project delivery setup
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to present solutions
• Fluent in English, German as advantage
• Ability to analyze and challenge requirements
• Conceptual thinking skills in terms of product conception and technical solution
• Can perform an architectural analysis, make architectural decisions and document a SW architecture
• Ability to coach other developers
