Digital Marketing Engineer

Your tasks will be:
• Analyse and suggest steps to improve customer experience and improve lead generation
• Conversion optimization, improving efficiency in marketing strategies and increasing ROI
• Maximize “Digital Reach”, tracking the progress of the digital marketing activities
• Ensure digital data analytics tools evolve over time and are always up to date
• Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign performance issues and propose methodical optimization tests
• Test new approaches in B2B sector and act as trend scout

Personality requirements and skills:
- You are a creative strategist who knows the value of interaction and CTA. You don't need briefings on ROI, KPI, SEO/SEM or any analytics
- Excellent knowledge of modern web technologies, marketing automation tools, internet and social media applications
- You have expertise in planning, building concepts and successful implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in customer journey mapping, persona development and customer engagement design
- Used to report quantifiable results against KPIs and objective
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience in conception and implementation of digital projects (website, CMS) is an advantage
