- Ordering supplies for the office
- Support to visitors and clients
- Sorting out post and invoices
- Schedule meetings for trainings, internal events and clients
- Liaise with vendors like catering, building landlord, security and so on
- General support to employees
- Enter CVs of new employees into internal system, update if neccessary
- Travel Management – booking the business trips, communication with hotels
- Event Management – help to organize events inside and outside of the company

Requirements

- English required on professional/very high level– oral and written
- German language is an advanatage
- Relevant expierence with the same or similar position is an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to cooperate
