Senior Test Engineer in Test Automation

If you will be interested and show us that you are able to lead a team, you can take on the responsibility for our testing team (8 people).

Job description:
· Planning test strategies
· Analysis of scope and requirements with key stakeholders
· Facilitation of stakeholder workshops to set up a new QA processes
· Continuous improvement and managing of QA processes on existing projects
· Creation and management of testing teams (local and interantional) / mentoring more junior members
· Come up with new ideas how to measure quality of software
· Improve quality culture through ERNI group

• Deep experience with end-to-end testing
• Strong communications skills at all levels with good interpersonal engagement.
• Fluent English communication skills
• Analytical and methodical working style
• Team player
• Open minded and communicative
