Java Developer [project in biotechnology]

We look for Full-stack Java developers to join our new Scrum team in Bratislava. We search for Juniors and Seniors as well.

You will start to work for our German customer. The result of your work will be a unified SW platform for scientific applications as spectroscopy. Later on, we offer the flexibility to switch between projects.

Job description:
• Develop desktop software in Java 8
• Participate in design, implementation and testing of software components
• Develop code according to the quality and coding standards
• Active participation on process improvements
• Take responsibility for own actions

Overall technical experience:
• JAVA software development
• Eclipse RCP
• Web Services (REST)

As advantage:
• Experience with designing application and architecture
• Maven, Git, NoSQL, OSGi, Mockito/ PowerMock
• SCRUM affinity
• Knowledge of UML
• German language is a big plus
