Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will influence our software and community (well above 10k world wide) by:
- Designing features on our popular GRC software
- Interacting with our developers, testers and support to make sure these features reach the community
- Talking to our customers and community about how they use the software, helping them when they have issues understanding how to use it
- Delivering online trainings to our customer base
- Following up on customers to make sure all is well
You wont be left alone with all this, the project founder, a group of developers and testers will help you get started until you feel comfortable and are able to run things your way. If you perform well and have interest, you can always move into more business related functions of the company:
- Developing marketing strategies
- Developing partnerships
- Working with budgets, sales targets, renewal targets, Etc
... eventually managing the business if you are capable and have an interest.
This is a hands on job working on a GRC product used by thousands of top companies around the world built, design and distributed from Bratislava. We have 10 years running this project and is of course a very stable company.
In order to perform this job you will require a few key skills:
- Hands on experience on GRC (building ISO, PCI, SOC, Etc programs, auditing controls, policy reviews, Etc)
- Good English
- Understanding how products are designed (UX,UI, Etc) and built (Software development) is obviously a big plus.
