We are a leading IT software company based in Bratislava who is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers. You will not only be responsible for providing administration, but also for 'meeting and greeting’ clients.

You will be working in a proactive and demanding environment. One of your keys skills will be the ability to multi task. The Receptionist/Administrator will also need to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines. Adaptability is essential as the needs of the role vary in line with the demands of the business.

This position has sole responsibility for office administration and some Finance activities.

Main Responsibilities:

On Reception/Office Management side:
• Handling incoming calls
• Handling incoming post and outgoing post
• First contact with visitors
• Meetings organization, administrative and logistic back up
• Stationary management
• Communication with external suppliers, services ordering
• Internal meetings and trainings organization
• Office facilities management
• Support to Senior Management (Finance and HR)

Finance - AP side:
• Recording incoming invoices to the system
• Vendor setup approval
• AP invoice checking & posting
• Employee Expenses registration and handling


Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 year or more working as a Receptionist/Administrator handling the duties listed above
• Experience of working for a company with at least 40+ employees
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Must be Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Good attention to detail, be numerate, and also have good Excel spreadsheet skills
• Strong organsiational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, flexible
• Team Player
• Self-motivated and diligent

Nice to have but not essential:
• Knowledge of software industry is an advantage but not essential
