Account Manager

• Manages the day to day operation toward the key customers
• Build relationships with the customers’ ordering units, managing and fulfilling their expectations
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Set targets, follow up, draft and implement corrective actions when needed
• Implement customers’ agreements and processes
• Is responsible for managing the Costing process for the assigned RFQ
• Is responsible for providing updated costs (material, logistics and value add) for price updates and cost reduction projects
• Manages, coaches and train the cross functional team within the BU concerning the working in the functions are responsible to ensure the necessary competence levels of the team members
• Manages customers’ visits, audits and quarterly reviews 
• Ensures Sales & Operational Planning according to Enics global process for this specific customer
