Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Plan and manage all activities involved in sourcing, procurement and logistics management, including the coordination and collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers. Integrate supply and demand activities into key supply chain processes. Manage within the Business Unit and across Enics. Support of Enics strategy and goals; active participation in the Competence Group. Take care of the interests of Enics (Business Unit) and Enics Group.
  • Demand planning and forecasting, coordinating the demand forecast of all customers
  • Sourcing planning, including current inventory and forecast demand in collaboration with all suppliers
  • Order promising, accounting for all constraints in the supply chain, including all suppliers, manufacturing and customers
  • Develop and foster the Demand & Supply Chain organization and human resources skills to fulfill customer and Enics requirements
  • Act as local Enics representative towards customers, employees, suppliers and community
  • Ensure timely information and communication between BU organization, Group functions and Core Capability Groups
  • Active participation in handling, decision-making and implementation of operative and strategic issues in Local Management Team
  • Strategic network optimization
  • Strategic partnership with suppliers , partners and customers creating communication channels for critical information and operational improvements
  • Alignment of overall organizational strategy with Global Demand & Supply Chain strategy
  • Profitable performance through customer satisfaction and operational excellence with the use of consistent Enics processes and procedures wherever applicable
  • Ensure local operations to meet all legal laws and ethical standards & regulations
  • Allocate and consolidate resources for local demand & supply chain to meet local demands and support of Enics group with optimal cost structure
