Job description, responsibilities and duties

​We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Clerk to support our procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with suppliers, verifying and updating supplier master data, creating tickets for data changes, and managing documentation processes including filling out forms and obtaining signatures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards during all processes.

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm bank details and other essential master data. 

  • Verify the accuracy of supplier information and ensure data integrity within the system. 

  • Create and manage tickets for requesting updates or changes to supplier master data. 

  • Prepare and fill out necessary forms related to supplier information updates and procurement processes. 

  • Send forms and documentation for signatures and follow up to ensure completion. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records in the procurement system. 

  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks as needed.

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Procurement/Finance/Purchasing

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- High school diploma or equivalent 

- Italian language is a must

- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or purchasing roles is a plus. 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management. 

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
