Treasury - Customer Master Data Analyst II

Customer Master Data Analyst. will be executing specific processes and delivering services and results to the business units (internal clients) of NIDEC ACIM. Position manages overall migrations, execution, validation, quality, efficiency and compliance of the Customer Master Data Management processes on a global basis.

Activities will primarily include Customer Master Data Process as stated:

Create/update customers in SAP based on information provided by the requestor. Reviewing the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirement/process.

Communication and cooperation with other departments to resolve Master Data requests and issues in an efficient and timely manner.

Address and resolve issues as they surface and cooperate with all involved parties.

Validates and syndicates changes to customer master data as approved by business review process including but not limited to requests to create, change, extend, block / unblock, activate / deactivate, or otherwise modify.

Applies global master data rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors.

Reporting and Archiving of requests and all supporting documents.

Compliance with SOX requirement, Support Internal and External Audit, Support Ad Hoc requests.
